This is a vintage wooden framed oil painting. It is a country home. Has a center chimney cape with an ell on the back, having a barn with a wagon in the barn, mother & daughter, an old tree with a rooster underneath. It is in the colors of brown, green, small bit of yellow & blue skies. It measures 14 1/2 inches length by 11 1/2 inches height. In good vintage condition. Frame has small bumps, dings & wear. Painting has small spots of cracking/loss, more so in upper left corner where tree greenery is. Couple spots of wear, one on lower side window & one spot on side wall of barn can be seen when held just right and hard to see when looking straight on. Please see all pictures.
