Wonderful original portrait painting of a gentleman in a suit that may be a self portrait of the artist. I believe the medium is pastel, as it is behind glass and challenging to photograph without glare. Signed in the bottom right corner. I can’t make out the artist. Lovely ornate wood frame with burgundy velvet trim. I was told it is most likely from the 1940’s, but that has not been confirmed. It’s absolutely stunning in person. Please forgive my photos, as the glass was quite the impediment. Approximate Measurements- H- 22” L- 16” D- 3” *I have a pet and smoke-free home. Please view photos well.
