WILLIAM CORNELIS BAUER (1862-1904) SIGNED LANDSCAPE WC – Listed Artist – Rare

This is a beautiful painting by New Jersey listed-artist William C. Bauer (1862 – 1904), a rare piece of art that is sure to add elegance to any room it is placed in. The painting depicts a beautiful landscape of nature that will stand the test of time. The painting is an original, not a licensed reproduction and has been created using the watercolor painting technique. The painting measures 19 inches by 16 1/2 inches framed and is signed by the artist. It comes with bevel-matted behind museum-glass and has a handmade professional frame (newer frame), making it unique and one of its kind. The watercolor was created around c1890-1900 and is a wonderful example of W.C. Bauer’s artistry. With the professional frame it measures about 19 inches wide and about 16 1/2 inches high. Within the beveled-matted image measures about 8 inches wide and about 10 inches high (unframed). It is signed W C Bauer in the lower left corner. Itis in good condition with some foxing/discoloration on the painting itself due to age. Also, there is a slight divot imperfection on the back dust cover.
