MID CENTURY Modern ~ BROOKLYN & MANHATTAN SKYLINE ~ 1951 New York OUTSIDER ART
The mat is dirty and scuffed and should be replaced, painting is in excellent condition, although it is has a fold down the center. Great old New York piece, would be stunning with a proper framing.
