Listed MCM Nashville Artist Robert K Witherspoon Abstract Landscape Oil On Board
Attractive MCM oil painting on board by listed Nashville Tenn painter Robert K Witherspoon (American 1921-1992). Painting shows an abstracted landscape with a figure, possibly a monk or priest walking on left side. It is very nicely executed and one of the better paintings I have seen by this artist. Tastefully framed on what is probably a glazed and finished frame by the artist. Painting dimensions are 18 1/2 x 24 inches. Framed dimensions are approximately 25 x 30 inches. $1500 or best offer. $75 to ship. Ready to hang. Circa 1960’s.
