Antique Hand-Painted & Framed Porcelain Tile of Young Lady -signed “Wagner”
This artist was a master painter working on porcelain plaques during the late 19th century and simply signed them “Wagner”. This piece has been in my family for about 40 years. The gold velvet shows its age, but there are no tears or stains.
