Oil on canvas, signed Aage Wang (pseudonym of Scottish-born painter Mark Osman Curtis, 1879–1959) at the lower right. Executed circa 1900–1920. The painting depicts a peaceful rural landscape with grazing cows, a farmhouse, and rolling fields by a lake under a soft sky—an atmospheric example of Curtis’s favored motifs. Curtis, who worked under several pseudonyms including Aage Wang, moved to Denmark in the early 20th century. The oil is framed in its authentic vintage golden frame with beaded inner edge and warm brown patina. Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is included.
