Brigham’s View By Al Rounds
I got to thinking maybe Brigham Young liked the view from there overlooking all over the valley and more importantly his own land. She never lived down at the Lyon House with everyone else. I know the temple wasn’t very far out of the ground when he died in 1877, but I imagine he could see it in his head from his very favorite place to go.
