This Chick’s StoryMy fascination with treasure hunting started when I was producing and directing musical productions. I was in a thrift store looking for costume pieces when I spotted a cute skirt for myself. I got so many compliments on my skirt, that I began to shop almost exclusively at thrift stores. People were always asking me where I got this or that, so I decided to try to resell some of my finds, and On The Cheep was “hatched” ! I soon found myself venturing into estate sales and added unique items for the home as well. I hope you enjoy browsing through my store! Powered by SixBit’s eCommerce Solution

Offered here is a very large, original painting of Hawaiian or Polynesian Dancer by listed California artist Muriel Branegan Bacon, circa 1950s. Painting has label verso from Maxwell Galleries in San Francisco. Painting is oil on canvas and measures 50 x 24 inches. Painting is signed lower left. Includes newer wood frame with black finish.
