I believe this is the artist – Ok still searching the internet for more info on the artist but from what I have found is that the artist Albert E. Matysek was born about 1928 and from Baltimore, MD was a US Navy 1946 – (ancestry has limited info on him and lots about his brother and parents) So that is where the story ends at this time. If you have any additional info I would love to update the listing. There are some notes but not sure if it is just watercolor notes or a date.
