Frank Rubin ( 1918-1990) Listed Danish modernist painter. Studies in Art History at the University of Copenhagen 1940 and debuted at the Artists’ Autumn Exhibition 1942. Due to his Jewish heritage, he had to flee to Sweden where he resided until 1945. He later worked and exhibited in Paris 1948 . Rubins watercolors and painting are characterized by an almost impressionistic balanced play of colours. Figures and hints of recognizable, observed objects are integrated into the structure of the image, which is always controlled by the color. Shipping fees: United States/ Canada: 40 dollars.
