Caricature style ink, watercolor and pastel sketch dated 1938. Man appears to be Scottish, based on his hat, and is smoking a cigarette. Some potential water damage (or perhaps intentional? See: smoke from the cigarette. ) overall, piece is amazing, and almost 90 years old!
