Late 19th C. Antique Pastel Chalk Drawing Green Hill Clouds Silver Gilt Frame
I believe this may be of Appalachian origin but there is no artist signature. This one-of-a-kind piece is a unique addition to any art collection. A wire picture hanger on the back. Good condition overall.
