Very good condition. Dated April 16 1950,(that’s printed on the back) “ registered P A F A, Pennsylvania Academy of fine arts. This doesn’t mean it was painted in 1950. It was painted before that. it’s in very good condition. The subject matter is the fisherman fishing with a dropped net. It could be considered nautical, but it’s a large landscape with the ocean in the background and mountains also. There is a signature in the bottom right it’s some type of Asian lettering. This is an oil on board. I would consider this a landscape painting.
